So to be up front, Clear it, Wash it, Check the tire condition and pressures (Install the best set of tires you can Winters or Summers) Make sure to tell the appraiser you have seasonal tires if so. Clean the engine area. Wax it if you can. Make sure the brakes and suspension function properly (No Noises) Note have it Detailed and Inspected by a professionals if you can, should not cost you more than 150.00.
This will usually increase your trade by 300.00 to 600.00 as it shows you take care of your vehicle, but PLEASE note some vehicles are not worth spending any monies on. They will just be retired!
